Top reasons to invest in Vizag, Vijayawada

A couple of other cities than Hyderabad have been interesting the investors. Two of these key cities are Visakhapatnam and Vijayawada. the property experts discussed the scope of real estate investment in both the cities.

Visakhapatnam:- The capital values of properties in the coastal city vary from Rs 2800 to Rs 3500 per sq ft. In the last two years, the values have risen by 9-17 per cent in localities.

Vijayawada:- One of the prime reasons behind selecting the city as the capital city is that it is centrally located and accessible to all districts of the state. The city is expanding along the NH-5, and the major growth is along the south corridor of NH-5 towards Guntur.
