Hoysala to invest Rs 150 cr in Kerala by March 2011

Kochi, Dec 11 (PTI) Bangalore-based Hoysala, a leading real estate company, today said it will be investing Rs 150 crore till March this fiscal for various projects in Kerala and will be foraying in Chennai and Pune by 2011-12.
Projects at Thiruvananthapuram, Kottyam and Kozikode would be launched very soon, Hoysala Managing Director T S Sateesh told reporters here.
Till date, the company has invested Rs 150 crore in Kerala and plans to invest another Rs 150 crore within this fiscal, he said.
He said Hoysala, which has been present in Kerala for three years, has been able to add three projects to its credibility on the third year of completion.
Hoysala has completed 22 projects in Bangalore and has nine ongoing projects in Bangalore and Kochi. It would launch few more projects in the garden city during the current fiscal. The total value of the ongoing projects is Rs 800 crore, of which Rs 150 crore is invested in Kerala.
Hoysala is also looking at the possibility of entering the new markets like Chennai and Pune during 2011-12, with an estimated investment of Rs 200 crore.
