Vianaar announces the launch of ‘El Tesoro’

Posted on May 13, 2016
Goas real estate developer Vianaar has launched its 12th project – El Tesoro. These luxury apartments are located in Siolim, North Goa, and are about 3 ˝ kilometers from the Siolim Church. They are surrounded by lush greenery which further enhances the beauty of the property. The hill right behind El Tesoro only adds to this picturesque view. These 2 BHK apartments are easily accessible and are close to the well known Anjuna and Vagator beaches as well as the beaches of Morjim, Ashvem and Arambol.

Construction on these apartments is scheduled to begin in July 2016 and possession will be from November 2018.

According to the company, “It is clear that Vianaars in house design and construction team have gone that extra mile when it comes to the design of El Tesoro. All of Vianaars residential properties are gorgeous indeed; however, El Tesoro stands apart from the rest. It has a unique contemporary design which will leave you quite amazed. The apartments are spread across 8 blocks with 3 apartments in each of these blocks. The ground floor will have one large apartment (with a beautifully landscaped garden) while the other two apartments will be duplex apartments. The uniqueness of these duplexes is that the living and dining rooms will be on the first floor of the apartment while the bedrooms will be on the second. Provisions for plunge pools in all the apartments have also been taken into consideration. The rooms themselves will be spacious and tastefully designed – a trademark that we associate well with Vianaar.

A modular kitchen, Terrazzo tiles, Italian PU coated doors, a marble staircase and hand painted tiles are only some of the features these luxury apartments boast of. As with all Vianaar properties in Goa, services post construction include housekeeping, 24*7 security and a chef on call among many others.”

Given the above, it is but apt that Vianaar chose to name their latest property – El Tesoro. This is the Spanish word for “The Treasure”. One can be sure that this property will definitely turn out to be just that!
